Dr. Singh ventured into the real estate investment business in 1986.

Since then, he bought, renovated/developed and sold 100’s of properties in different areas with success in almost 100% of his deals. 

They included land, multi-family, hotel, shopping centers and industrial buildings. 

He is married to a very graceful woman, Satnam, who is an Anesthesiologist.  They have been married for the last 35 years and are blessed with three wonderful children. 

Two of his children are lawyers and his youngest son is currently pursuing his MS degree in Finance and Real Estate from New York University. All his children are associated with him in his real estate ventures.
